Kurdish Long Rug In the light-red field, geometric, stylised three-dimensional botehs in beautiful pastel shades have been arranged in rows of four, while green, quartered stepped polygons emphasise the corners. The white-ground main border shows a leaf-and-calyx vine, the two guard stripes each contain a vine decorated with botehs. – Original but partially damaged and repaired selvedges. Slightly reduced ends. Signs of wear in the pile, several old restored areas.
