In this blue-ground Shirvan, a rare design of hooked diamonds has been embedded among small flowers at the lower end of the field and closely spaced dots in the section above it. The central axis is accentuated by a row of distinctly larger motifs. – Original lower finish and selvedges, the outer border at the top has been largely repiled, one major repiled section at the upper end on the right, one crease. Pile in good condition.
