Zakatale This high-pile Zakatale from the Central Caucasus, very coarsely woven with many wefts in between the rows of knots and a simple design of a few large ornaments, probably served as a sleeping rug (yatak). – Original finishes all around, somewhat damaged at the lower end where it has been secured with fabric. Several tears, small holes and repairs.
