Seljuk rug fragment, 13th century, Konya, Turkey. Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts, Inventory no: 678. Dimension: 17 x 77 cm

Found in the Kılıç Arslan Tomb of the Alaaddin ('Ala' al-Din) Mosque in Konya, this is one of eight Seljuq rugs brought to the Museum and registered in the inventory on 30 Rabi' al-Awwal 1329 / 31 March 1911.
