Size (ft): 4'6"x8'8"

Structure & materials: wool pile, wool warps (dark brown and ivory yarns twisted - "salt&pepper") and dark brown wool wefts

Knots: Gördes (Turkish, symmetrical)

Condition: Very good. Full pile

Design: The madder red field scattered with small floral motifs, hooked "garmagly" motifs, 2 botehs and 2 animal figures around three medallions containing cloudband motifs around central garmagly motif panels, in an ivory border of serrated leaf and flower-head motif between outer blue meandering vine and inner green S pattern stripes. Beautiful greens, blues and red. Dated AH 1320 (1902 AD)
