Dyes: 100% natural dyes: madder, spurge / euphorbia, indigo, pomegranate skins, walnut husks
Materials: Handcarded and handspun wool for pile, wool warps and red wool wefts (two shots)

Design: The design of this rug was inspired by the 18th century
Caucasian 'Sunburst' design rug which were sold for a phenomenal price, $341,625, a record for any Caucasian rug at auction including the famous Abadjian Star Kazak (SNY, January 1990)
