Colors: madder red, Persian blue, midnight blue, light blue, gold yellow, maroon/antique ruby, aqua green, natural ivory, natural brown.
Dyes: 100% natural dyes: weld (Reseda Luteola), madder, indigo, pomegranate skins, walnut husks, natural brown sheep wool, natural ivory sheep wool
Materials: Handcarded and handspun wool for pile, ivory wool warps and cotton wefts
Handwoven in Azerbaijan

Design:
The goldenrod field with overall design of stylised ram-horns, scissors, birds, camels, turkeys, palmettes, rosettes, sumac flowers, hooked octagons, lozenges, central vine leaf motif, in a main Kufic border between diagonal striped "Pakhlava" (Traditional Azeri layered pastry with walnut filling) motif and flower head minor borders and outer barber-pole stripes.
