Antique Bordjalou rug, so called "Sewan Kazak" rug, Borchaly / Bordjalou Uyezd

 

128th SHIELD KAZAK, Z-Caucasus, circa 1920. The brick-red field dominant, green, cross-shaped shield medallion, inside hook with an octagonal medallion occupied, which is separated by a white, studded with hooked bars contour tape from the outside box. The four corners are filled with hooks and rods various elements. Main border with white wine glass sheet decor, plus two blue bruised tendrils braids. Signs of wear. . 175x250 (5.7x8.2 ft.)
