Kazak Prayer Rug, Southwest Caucasus, late 19th century, diamond medallion flanked by two gabled rectangles in red, ivory, abrashed blue, tan, aubergine, and blue-green on the wine red field, ivory "wineglass" border, (narrow guard stripe missing from both ends, slight moth damage, small repairs), 5 ft. 5 in. by 3 ft. 2 in.
