Lot Description
A fine Konagkend kelleh
the indigo field with bold rosettes, hooked lozenges and stylised dart motifs around three brick-red stepped medallions, each containing similar motifs and hooked bars enclosing bold octagon with cruciform motif centrepiece, in broad brick-red border of polychrome hooked panels and stylised dart-motifs between floral meander and barber-pole stripes, very slight localized wear, small old repairs at one end, well blended 342cm. x 168cm.(11ft.3in. x 5t.6in.)
