Kuba A blue-ground Kuba with a rare design of abstract animal shapes
enclosing small birds. At the top right, one of these forms is inscribed
with a date, "1325" (1908 AD). A green-ground main border with a white
pseudo kufi vine, two guard stripes containing halved diamonds, and a
carnation border complete the picture. – Original side and end finishes (kilims),
various small restored creases, good overall condition.
