A fine antique Kuba-Shirvan rug: the shaded indigo field with two brick-red and ivory stylised Zejwa medallions surrounded by hooked lozenges, small rosettes and stepped panels, divided by pale yellow and ivory horizontal long panels with various hooked bars, in broad ivory border of stylised polychrome crab-rosette between shaded charcoal-black floral meander and barber-pole stripes, braided ends -147cm. x 135cm.(4ft.10in. x 4ft.5in.)
