14-An unusual Shirvan kelleh with Akstafa design, East Caucasus
The indigo field with checkered lozenges, various animals, rosettes and panels around three large hooked and stepped medallions with tree pendants containing similar smaller panels with hooked bars flanked by stylised large birds on each side, in an ivory border of polychrome hooked panels between angular vine and checkered octagon stripes, outer barber-pole stripe, kilim at each end, good condition
