A highly important Caucasian 'Shield' carpet, 18th century. 1.45 x 2.39m (4'9" x 7' 10"). Sotheby's New York, 16 December 2005, lot 32. Estimate $30-40,000, sold for $34,500. Previously seen on Rippon Boswell Wiesbaden (22.11.1997).
